Has anyone else's opinion on ICP completely changed over the last couple of years?

When ICP first launched, I dismissed it almost immediately because the conversation was dominated by the price collapse. I never looked beyond the headlines. Earlier this year I decided to spend some time actually reading the documentation, watching developer talks, and exploring a few applications built on the network. I still don't think it's a perfect project, marketing has clearly been one of its weaker areas, but I came away with a completely different opinion of the technology itself. Today I own a small position, not because I expect overnight gains, but because I think the long-term vision is more interesting than I originally gave it credit for. I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience where their opinion changed after doing their own research.

Very similar experience. I avoided ICP for a long time because every conversation focused on the chart. Once I started looking at what was actually being built, it became much easier to understand why some people remain bullish despite the price action.

I'm probably where you were a year ago. I've only ever heard people mention the launch, so I haven't really looked into it. Maybe it's time that I do.

I still think the project needs better visibility. The technology seems to get more praise than the marketing, and that probably explains why so many people overlook it.
