I clicked a link from someone claiming to be wallet supportPretty sure I messed up here.
I was having trouble with a wallet and found a support account on Telegram. They sent me a link to “verify” the wallet. I connected it and realized afterward that maybe I shouldn't have.I haven't sent anything, but now I'm worried I did something stupid.

Did you enter your seed phrase anywhere, or just connected the wallet?
If you didn't approve it, that's at least better. I'd check the wallet activity and see what permissions or approvals are showing now.
Was the Telegram account actually linked from the wallet's official site? I've seen a lot of fake “support” accounts that look pretty convincing.
Don't beat yourself up. Just don't interact with that account again until you know what you connected to. Check the wallet first.
