Has anyone had to pay a fee to withdraw BTC?
Trying to move some BTC out of a platform I've been using. The withdrawal has been sitting there since yesterday and support said there's a fee I need to take care of first.It's around $1,800, which feels high, but maybe I'm missing something. Anyone dealt with this?

$1,800 sounds pretty wild unless you're moving a ridiculous amount. Is it a normal network fee or something the platform is charging?
FQL Exchange? I've seen that name somewhere recently. Wasn't there some stuff about people having trouble withdrawing?
I just searched it too. There are some pretty recent complaints. I'd definitely hold off on the $1,800 for now.
Withdraw fees are normal; the red flag is unexpected 'unlock' or 'tax' fees demanded after deposit. Always withdraw a tiny test first, confirm the network/address match, and use an exchange you actually registered yourself — not a lookalike link from chat.
