How often do you check your portfolio during a normal week?
When I first got into crypto, I checked prices constantly.
Now I'm trying to be more disciplined, but I still catch myself opening portfolio apps multiple times a day.

When I started, checking my portfolio felt like part of the research.
Eventually I realized I was just reacting to noise. Now I mostly check when there’s a reason to review my position.
