Anyone Else Feel Like They're Always One Bull Run Late?

I've been buying crypto for almost 3 years now, but my portfolio is still sitting in the red overall. Every time I think I'm getting in early, it feels like I end up buying after most of the gains have already happened. Then the market cools off and I'm left waiting again.

Does anyone else feel like they're always one cycle behind? If you've managed to turn things around, what changed for you?

A lot of it comes down to when you entered the market.

Someone who started buying in 2018 or 2019 had years to accumulate before the big run-up. Someone who started in 2021 probably spent most of their crypto journey dealing with a bear market and corrections.

That's why comparing your results to people posting huge gains online can be misleading. Two investors can make similar decisions but end up with completely different outcomes simply because they started at different points in the cycle.

Many investors underestimate how much timing affects returns. Someone who started in 2021 has had a very different experience than someone who started in 2018.
